NanoTemper announces the start of international sales of the new instrument Monolith NT.LabelFree, developed for interaction studies in free solution without the need for a fluorescent label. The system perfectly complements NanoTemper’s existing instrument from the monolith series: Monolith NT.115, which allows measurement of virtually any binding event between (bio)molecules by adding a fluorescent label to one of the molecules involved. The new label-free system extends the application range to systems that are difficult to label fluorescently. The Monolith NT.LabelFree combines the advantages of measuring as close as possible to native conditions with the well-known advantages of MST as low sample consumption, fast measurement, and straightforward handling. The application range includes the interaction of membrane receptors, soluble proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, sugars, small molecules as well as macromolecular complexes.
