Specificity Test

When a Ligand-Induced Fluorescence Change is detected that exceeds ±20%, it is recommended to perform a specificity test to distinguish between specific and non-specific effects. For samples labeled via the His-tag and RED-tris-NTA, please see ECP-Test. For other samples, please see SD-Test.
