A TRIC-trace shows the change in Fluorescence intensity of one Well over time, while a temperature increase is applied by the IR-Laser.

TRIC traces are shown normalized to 1. TRIC traces can provide feedback about Aggregation of the target molecule and Photobleaching properties of the samples.
