Join us to learn about the new biophysical devices of NanoTemper Technologies which is used to study biomolecular interaction and protein stability.

Monolith X is a new in-solution affinity measuring device which requires very low sample volume, easy-to-use and maintenance free.

For protein characterization please explore Prometheus Panta for simultaneous measurement of protein stability, aggregation propensity, particle size. This device is equipped with 4 different technologies: nanoDSF, Back reflection, DLS, and SLS.

Andromeda X helps researchers to find expression conditions that yield the optimal amount of correctly folded protein, regardless of the expression system. It allows users to assess protein binding activity earlier with thermal shift assays and to run assays directly in crude lysates or supernatants from pilot studies or small-scale expressions before deciding to purify.

Come see these new tools in the lab and discover how they can help you advance your research. We will introduce you to the technologies, guide you through the software and work with you hands-on using samples.

What can you expect

  • Learn and gain detailed insights into Monolith X, Andromeda X, and Prometheus Panta.

  • Experience these technologies first-hand by testing samples during the hands-on session.

  • Discuss your own projects with experts and discover how scientists in your area have implemented the technologies successfully in their research.
