Binding Check

The Binding Check templates in the DI.Control software represent the fastest and easiest way to iteratively test and improve assay quality of a TRIC binding assay. For a Binding Check assay, the TRIC signal of Target and Complex are compared to yield a qualitative yes/no answer to whether there is an interaction, and quantification of how well it can be resolved with the selected assay parameters. Binding Check experiments use Area Response as the analysis method. It is recommended to first perform a Binding Check experiment to establish any the binding assay, followed by a Binding Affinity experiment for quantification of the affinity.
