Import

The lightly shaded box represents excitation wavelengths, while the more darkly shaded one represents emission wavelengths.

The import experiment templates for Affinity Screening and Single-Dose Screening allow to import Plate Layouts directly from Microsoft Excel. It is recommended to provide as much information in the Excel sheet as possible (well ID, ligand name, ligand concentration etc.). The screenshot below shows the available columns for importing information. Note, that only the Plate Name and Well ID columns are mandatory. The sequence of columns can be freely assigned. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with the terms Normalization ID and Dilutionseries ID . Both parameters are very important for the way data is analyzed.
