Hear from NanoTemper specialists and Lonza scientists on how they are using our instruments in their research, and learn about our latest developments for the biophysical characterization of complex biomolecules — including antibodies, ADCs, and more.

At the heart of the day is Prometheus Panta, our platform for comprehensive protein thermal and colloidal stability characterization — ideal for condition and formulation screening and candidate selection. In a single experiment, it measures:

Thermal stability — unfolding transition temperatures (Tm), unfolding onset, and intrinsic fluorescence changes with temperature
Colloidal stability — aggregation and particle formation via Back-Reflection technology and dynamic light scattering (DLS)
Molecular weight & aggregation propensity — determined through static light scattering (SLS)
