Photobleaching Quality
The NanoTemper Technologies Software products DI.Control and DI.Screening Analysis are both able to automatically detect issues with assay quality such as Ligand-Induced Photobleaching and use Quality Checks. The quality decision can be overridden as described in Quality Checks. The Photobleaching quality is set to negative if the photobleaching rate values display a clear ligand-induced change. For ligands where the photobleaching rate data are mostly homogeneous the photobleaching quality is set to positive. It is also possible that the photobleaching quality is set to inconclusive. This can be the case if for example different wells corresponding to the same ligand show inconsistent photobleaching data.
