Dianthus NanoPedia Signal Quality

Signal Quality

The signal quality is a measure of assay quality and is applied to Area Response charts in Binding Check and Buffer Screen experiments. It divides the mean of all signal areas by the mean of all reference and ligand areas. In this case the signal areas are a measure for the Response Amplitude, while the mean of the reference and ligand areas is an estimation of the noise of the experiment.
