Pico Detection
The Dianthus NT.23 Pico optics have a higher detection sensitivity compared to standard NT.23 (Nano) optics. This allows for the use of fluorescent target concentrations at low pM concentrations, and thus for the determination of Kd values in the low pM range.
Note: In NT.23Pico and NT.23PicoDuo instruments the Pico detection can be enabled or disabeled by the user, depending on the Target Concentrations used. Also read Excitation Power for further information about fluorescence counts.
